At Wrekin Shell Mouldings, our experience in the production of castings using the shell moulding process is second to none. We'll work closely with your designers and production staff to produce a top quality product - and make sure that it's always delivered on time, every time.

Consistent, accurate & cost-effective The process of shell moulding offers many benefits, not the least being consistent and dimensionally accurate shapes. Because the surface needs minimal finishing, it's possible to produce lighter weight castings, saving on both materials costs as well as in finishing time.
Finishing We can supply you with fully machined castings if required. Our machine shop has advanced robotised CNC machinery for turning and multi-spindle drilling and tapping.
Toolroom A well-equipped pattern shop enables us to manufacture and maintain patterns, giving our customers a service with both flexibility and fast response.
Quality Quality is our obsession! We test and inspect at every stage - every casting melt is spectrometer analysed - and, of course, customers have the reassurance that we are ISO 9001:2000 certified for consistent quality and full batch traceability.

Our customers come back to us time and again. Indeed, we have retained most of our customer base for many years. Why? Well, of course we are competitive and we are proud of the outstanding quality of our castings. But it's more than this.

We work very closely with customers to enhance their products. We know our business very well - and if we can help customers to improve quality or to cut costs, because of our specialised expertise, then we will do so. We are also used to working with MRP schedules.
